Phoebe Ruston
Executive Assistant to CEO & Managing Partner
Phoebe comes to Hazelbrook as an executive assistant after a career spent working at top tier domestic and international law firms. She is a highly experienced Legal PA with a background in international capital markets and funds and regulatory matters, having worked the past 11 years at Allen & Overy in both their Sydney and London offices. Phoebe has developed a diverse skill set to effectively and efficiently support her team’s broad range of work and has a particular flare for document production. She values being able to ensure that the entire team is working seamlessly towards the one common goal.
Phoebe's most recent role saw her working for the Managing Partner of Allen & Overy Sydney as well as managing the Legal PA/Paralegal teams as Coordinator. These experiences have put her in the best position to support Hazelbrook’s high performing team, and to provide critical support to its CEO and Managing Partner.
Outside of work Phoebe enjoys travelling.
