We’re seeking experienced corporate, financial services/funds or transactional lawyers who are looking for the opportunity to extend their skillset by working across a broad range of practice areas, whilst deepening their existing specialty. We offer the opportunity to work with clients across a range of industries, from financial services, biotech and emerging energy, through to private equity and venture capital.
Working within our dynamic, tightly knit team in either our Canberra or Sydney office, you will have the opportunity to assist across practice areas including corporate contracting; IP and data privacy; commercial litigation; funds establishment, financial services licensing, ETFs, financial services and regulatory; and mergers and acquisitions including private and public and LICs.
