Simone is a globally experienced HR professional and coach who has managed teams and staff across multiple countries.
Simone has spent the majority of her career in law firms and is passionate about working with lawyers, creating inclusive, dynamic, supportive cultures and coaching them to achieve their career goals. She is a deeply commercial consultative leader, people and business strategist, and thrives on developing and working in high performing teams and firms.
Before Hazelbrook Legal Simone worked in top tier and magic circle Australian and Global law firms as well as one of the big 4 consultancy firms in Sydney, Perth, London and Hong Kong.
Simone has a Masters of Commerce (Strategic HRM) from the University of NSW, Post Grad Cert in HRM from ACAP and a Bachelor of Arts/Psychology from Macquarie University. She is also an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
