Natasha is an experienced lawyer specializing in investment funds, financial services law and regulations. She has extensive experience in the financial services area including in particular fund governance, financial product manufacture, licensing, disclosure, contracting and distribution.
Through a career spent at Clayton Utz and Allen & Overy and seconded to major global investment banks, Natasha has provided Australian and offshore fund managers with advice relating to the structuring, establishment and promotion of investment funds and platform arrangements, as well as significant acquisitions, divestments and restructures. She has also advised Australian and offshore wholesale investors on their participation in a wide range of collective investment schemes and investment vehicles.
In addition, she also provided advice to Australian and offshore banking clients on a broad range of regulatory matters such as privacy, bank confidentiality, outsourcing, anti-money laundering, the undertaking of banking business in Australia and compliance with US reporting requirements.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University.
Away from work, Natasha loves to spend time with her family and pets and is working towards an elusive black belt in karate.
