Olivia is a forward thinking lawyer who enjoys working alongside clients to solve complex legal problems and to deliver advice that assists them to build a positive future.
As a Committee Vice Chair and Executive Councillor of NSW Young Lawyers, Olivia has a developed interest in technology law, and intellectual property, and has edited extensive formal submissions on subjects including AI, Agricultural Equipment, the recent Consumer Data Right changes, and government access to vehicle data.
Olivia completed her work experience with Redfern Legal Centre where she was part of a team that developed a new legal outreach program and was able to connect with clients from all walks of life, taking a trauma-informed and empathetic approach to client meetings.
For the past 10 years Olivia has also worked in the book trade, specializing in rare and antiquarian books and ephemera, and building trusted relationships with an international customer base, developing outstanding research skills, quick thinking in the fast-paced world of auctioneering, and a fine attention to detail.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys illustrating birds and is a keen distance runner.
Olivia is a graduate of the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature. Olivia also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
