Michaela joins the Hazelbrook team from the Australian Public Service where she worked in parliamentary liaison and policy areas. Her experience during this time includes working in highly sensitive, fast paced and challenging departments.
Michaela has acquired significant nous and an excellent eye for detail, and she values accuracy and excellence. Michaela possesses comprehensive communications skills and excels in forming and building on professional relationships. In addition, Michaela has a passion for Intellectual Property, and whilst working on the cyber security policy at DHS, gained an appreciation for the significance of IP Law to technology.
In her role at Hazelbrook, Michaela assists the team in a wide range of areas including intellectual property, corporate contracts, corporate governance, commercial property, workplace relations and mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys hiking in Canberra’s beautiful national parks and spending time with family.
Michaela is a graduate from the University of Technology, Sydney, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communication. Michaela also holds Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law.
