Grace brings a drive to learn, a hard-working attitude and a passion for forming deep and meaningful relationships to her role at Hazelbrook.
Grace has gained a diversity of legal experience prior to joining the team through her time in the not for profit sector, an Intellectual Property specialist firm in Melbourne, and the Monash Department of Business Law and Taxation. Grace’s well-rounded training extends to her early law career, where she holds a desire to gain a variety of knowledge in different practice areas and will not shy away from a challenge.
At Hazelbrook, Grace has assisted on a range of complex corporate, regulatory and compliance, financial services and transactional matters. From matters including regulatory reviews, legal health checks, transactional due diligence and commercial drafting.
Grace’s multidisciplinary background and experience assisting a wide range of corporates, including internal counsel of large multinational businesses, means she brings a high degree of commerciality and the ability to explain complex concepts in plain English.
Grace spent 15 years living in Hong Kong, before settling in Canberra to attend boarding school. This experience has provided her with an international outlook, as well as an ability to adapt to new and challenging situations. Grace holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Politics, Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney.
Outside of law, Grace enjoys running and spending time at the beach.
