Gauthier is a proactive and dedicated legal practitioner with a strong international background. He has extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, mainly in the aerospace and defence industries. His goal is to provide pragmatic solutions that balance the rigors of law with the operational realities.
Before joining Hazelbrook as senior paralegal, Gauthier worked as a qualified lawyer in France on matters involving civil and commercial litigation, real estate and insolvency. He also has substantial experience as an in-house counsel, advising and acting on a various range of business matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, intellectual property and commercial contracting.
Gauthier is registered as a qualified lawyer at the Paris bar association, and is currently undertaking further studies in Australia for requalification. He holds a Master in International Business Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Law from Aix-Marseille University, as well as a Bachelor of Private Law from ICES (Vendée Catholic Institute). Gauthier is French and Brazilian, and speaks fluently English, French and Portuguese.
In his spare time, Gauthier enjoys travelling and practicing photography.
